International PkM Lecturer of Master of Sharia Economics with the theme: SHARIA ACCOUNTING IN HOME INDUSTRY With Thai Student UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung

Pascasarjana-UIN SATU, On Tuesday,  December13, 2022, Master of Sharia Economics Student of State Islamic University (UIN) Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung,  together with Dr. Binti Nur Asiyah, M.Si as a lecturer of Master of Sharia Economics UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung, held an International Community Service (PkM) activity with an interesting theme, namely "Sharia Accounting in Home Industries." The event was attended by students from Thailand who enthusiastically participated in this activity. In this PKM activity, Dr. Binti Nur Asiyah, M.Si, discussed various aspects related to Islamic accounting that can be applied in the context of the household industry. He explained the importance of applying Islamic economic principles in daily financial activities, especially in the household environment. Thai students actively participate by exchanging ideas and experiences regarding Islamic accounting practices in their country.

This activity certainly not only provides deep insight into the concept of Islamic accounting, but also strengthens international relations between Indonesian and Thai students. This is in line with the spirit of cross-cultural cooperation which is one of the focuses of higher education today. In addition, this PKM activity is expected to make a positive contribution in increasing public understanding of the importance of applying Islamic economic principles in daily life, especially in managing finances at the household level. Dr. Binti Nur Asiyah, M.Si, said that the presence of students from Thailand was a matter of pride."This activity is not only a forum for sharing knowledge, but also as a means of strengthening cross-country friendships,"he said.

In the discussion session, Thai students expressed their interest in the concept of Islamic accounting and how it can have a positive impact in managing finances in the household environment. They also expressed their appreciation for the initiative of UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung in holding inclusive and learning-oriented International PKM activities. The participants of the activity not only gain new knowledge, but also have the opportunity to get to know more closely the culture anddaily life between students.

This collaboration is expected to be an inspiration for similar activities in the future, certainly enriching academic experience and expanding the scope of knowledge in the field of Islamic economics. With the spirit of collaboration and togetherness, the International PkM "Sharia Accounting in Home Industry" is a clear example of how higher education can play an active role in building a global network that supports each other and promotes mutual understanding of Islamic economic principles.
